This is a three years course, whose objective is to equip Social Development work trainees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes and experiences that, will enable them to participate effectively in implementation of National social development policies. Offered in both level 5 and 6.
This unit explores the principles and practices of coordinating community resources to enhance social support systems and improve service delivery. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of community assets, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving techniques.

This unit cover the competencies required to carry out resource mobilization and fundraising. It entails institutionalizing resource mobilization, prepositioning, identify funding gaps and opportunities and pitch for funding.
